The Happy Homeschooling Mamas are planning to meet up on March 22 to do our scavenger hunt at the park. Here is the list of items we will be "hunting" for. If you can't make it out on the day you can still enjoy this printable with your kiddos. Just print it out and attach it to the front of a paper bag and see how many items your family can find on your walk!

New "Meet Up" Page
We now have a meet up page on Meetup.com for upcoming gatherings. It is a great way to keep in touch and see what things we have going on in our neck of the woods. If you would like to host an event or you would like to see an event you know of added to the calendar please let us know! There is an administration fee of $20 a year (that is less that $2 a month) for the upkeep of the sight and misc. supplies for certain events. You can RSVP right on the page and there is also a great forum to open up conversations for discussions. Hope to see you all around!

Weekly Menu Planner (free printable!)
I know I am not the first to make a menu planner printable but with all I have going on in my life the last thing I want to think about
at the last minute is what to cook for dinner! Planning all your meals a
week in advance not only cuts back the stress of "Mommy, what's for
dinner???" but also helps reduce grocery costs by cutting back waste.
And its so cute you can hang it on your refrigerator amongst the other
art!! Enjoy!

A New Begining
Hello! I am NOT a professional blogger. Let's just get that out there. I AM a mom who stays at home and tries to provide my family with the best life that I can. I have been homeschooling my oldest daughter (4) for the past year and a half. She is thriving and I am loving the closeness it is able to provide my family. I am starting this blog in hopes that other area homeschool families will be able to use it as a resource for their own knowledge. I welcome all comments and advice and would LOVE for other families to write guests posts on topics near and dear to their hearts. Lets all work together and see where this thing can go!
